We are thrilled, delighted, overwhelmed and so very excited to have Heidi Swapp visiting Scraploot.
We will set up a special newsletter distribution list and add those to it that purchase tickets, and will email you updates about this fantastic event.
We have two sessions available. Please note that neither sessions are a class. Please read the conditions below.
Session 1 - 4pm to 5:30pm. An hour and half of inspiration with Heidi, during which Heidi will share with us some of her scrapping tips and secrets, style and creativity. You will need to bring along a 5 x 7 B&W photo. A lucky person will have their name drawn from a hat (maybe a bowl) - Heidi will then share with us her scrapping style using that persons photo.
Session 2 5:30 to 7pm. The second session will be a meet and greet and party with Heidi! You will be able to mix and mingle, chat, take photos and of course get Heidi's autograph.
During both sessions we will be raffling off prizes that Heidi is donating as well as goodie baskets of Heidi’s product. All proceeds (100%) from the raffles will be donated to the Jane McGrath Foundation.
We will also be having a few competitions during both sessions, of course these will focus on Heidi’s products as well. We will release the details of these in early December.
Light refreshments will be available during the second session.
CONDITIONS
Tickets for this event can only be purchased via our website. Payment is by credit card only at the time of placing your internet order. Tickets will be allocated based on date and time of the receipt of your internet order. We will email you to confirm that a ticket has been allocated. Once we reach the limit, we will let anyone know who has missed out – for that we apologise in advance, but numbers will be limited, so be sure to get in quick. Your tickets will then be posted to you, during the first week of December.
This event does not attract any discounts. Vouchers for competition prize winners or any other voucher are not redeemable for this event.
The cost for this event is non refundable, except where circumstances arise where Scraploot need to cancel the event (this would have to be a very drastic circumstance!).
Entrance to the event will be by advanced purchase ticket only, with the ticket being required to be presented for entry. Those purchasing Session 2 tickets will only be allowed entry to Scraploot at 4:50pm. The event will close at 7pm sharp.
