Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of classes to ensure classes start on time.
Fees
All class fees need to be paid for in 72 hours in advance of classes or social scraps. Product and or kit costs should be paid for at the conclusion of the class.
Class Cancellation
Class number minimum is 4.
Where Scraploot cancels a class, you will be entitled to a full refund of class fees.
Where you are not able to attend a class and you provide us with at least 48 hours notice of the class, you will be entitled to transfer you booking to another class of the same value, where spots are available, within the same class calendar month or the following months calendar where the class is within 1 week of the end of a month. Class fees are non refundable where cancellation is made within 48 hours of a class.
Product
For non kit classes, Scraploot will use its best endeavours to ensure that product used in samples is available, with the exception of product which is optional, inlcluding alphabets and rub ons.
