Flat rate postage rates of $7.50 within NSW and $9.50 anywhere else in Australia, including registration for purchases over $100. For Express Mail services within Australia. Overseas postage is $32.50.

We guarantee you FAST delivery. Your order will normally be filled within 1 working day and then dispatched within two working days of payment being received. Once the order leaves us, then its over to Australia Post to deliver within their normal postage times. If for any reason which is outside of our control, we cannot dispatch your order within 5 days, we will contact you so that we can make alternative arrangements.

We endeavour to maintain high stock levels of listed product at all times. Where we have unexpected high purchases where product becomes unavailable, we will contact you via email, advising that the item is not in stock. Where the product has been paid for and you choose not to wait until new stocks arrive, we will direct debit the refund into your bank account, details of which we will ask you to provide.

If for any reason you are not happy with your order when you receive it, email us at info@scraploot.com.au telling us why, returning the product unopened in the original packaging, for a replacement or refund.
